Had rave reviews on the cupcakes we ordered for my sisters baby shower. Everyone asked where they came from and went on about how delicious they were! Very easy to order a few days in advance and the bakery is accommodating to special requests
This bakery has made me over a dozen cakes at this point and each one has been so beautiful. Most recently, I ordered one for my own birthday party and I cannot say enough good things about it. It was decorated beautifully and tasted AMAZING! I am a photographer and have included some photos of cake smash cakes I have ordered.
They probably hate when I call in as I’ve asked for some ridiculous stuff designed on cakes, but I have loved what they come up with. I highly recommend this bakery for your event. They’ve never been late, the cakes I’ve ordered have been delicious, and we always get asked, “where did you get this?!” Just this year mods got Optimus Prime cake, Captain America, and I got Waffle Party cake from Severance.

Best bakery in Lexington. Their cakes are the absolute best! The buttercream icing and the cake itself is so fresh and the perfect sweetness. The small thumbprint cookies are awesome for tea time (or any time lol). And if you really need a chocolate fix, the petite fours are very decadent and always hit the spot.
I’ve ordered a large German chocolate cake and a smaller vanilla cake with cannolis (special request) and both were amazing quality, flavor, and traveled well! Occasionally I’ll stop in to pick up a few items from the case such as cookies and other small treats. Extremely happy with every item I’ve ever purchased.
These are just a few of the cakes over the years Mondelli’s has made for some of the most special milestones. Birthdays, engagement parties, you name it, if we need a cake for a celebration we already know where we’re going. I don’t live in Lexington, but I became acquainted with Mondelli’s when my sister ordered a cake for my birthday. It was delicious! So delicious that we then ordered one for my fiancé’s birthday. And because we couldn’t let it end there, we ordered a cake from Mondelli’s that my sister transported to our wedding. I think I need to go back. It’s been a while. Not only does Mondelli's have the best tasting desserts and treats around.. they are such sweet people! This is my go-to bakery. If I'm craving something sweet, they're the first ones I think of. They never disappoint and I always feel appreciated. I will keep coming back for many years to come. I've ordered a few custom cakes and cupcakes and they've been AMAZING every time.
